If you are in the early stages of your career, knowledge is power. Take advantage of a reduced registration rate for Young & Emerging Professionals! To qualify, you must be a student, or industry professional that is under 35 years old and has had less than 10 years of work experience.

Meet & Greet

Tuesday, September 10 – 8:00-9:00am
Thursday, September 12 – 7:00-7:30am
On Tuesday morning, come and network with attendees, share ideas, and get updates on overall event logistics. Then on Thursday, come and network and share any feedback on the event with fellow young and emerging professionals during the Powertrain Student Research Panel breakfast. Speed Mentoring

Tuesday, September 10 – 1:00-1:30pm
Wednesday, September 11 – 1:00-1:30pm
Thursday, September 12 – 12:30-1:00pm
On Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday spend 30 minutes with an industry executive where you can ask your pressing questions in a fun and informal format. Capacity is limited. To allow everyone an opportunity to participate, everyone is asked to pick one day only to sign up. Sign up on the registration form.

Young & Emerging Professionals Activity at Top Golf

Tuesday, September 10 – 6:30-8:30pm
$25 per person
Come out and network in a casual setting with fellow young and emerging professions at Top Golf. Take aim at the giant outfield targets and our high-tech balls will score themselves. Topgolf is a game that anyone can play and enjoy, even if you’re getting more hole-in-nones than hole-in-ones. While you’re playing, food and drinks will be provided. Sign up is required.

COMVEC YEP Mission:

Provide guidance and recommendations for elements of COMVEC geared towards Young and Emerging Professionals that address industry concerns and needs relative to workforce development and mentoring tied to future engineers and engineering professionals/leaders.
