Package 1 

Full conference registration includes access to all symposia, technical panels, keynotes, Buckendale Lecture, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday lunches, exhibit hall access, networking breaks, receptions

 

Package 2

One day conference registration options include:
Tuesday – Access to executive panels, technical panels, keynotes, exhibit, networking breaks, lunch and reception for Tuesday only.
Wednesday - Access to executive panels, technical panels, Buckendale Lecture, keynotes, exhibit, networking breaks, lunch and reception for Wednesday only.
Thursday - Access to executive panels, technical panels, keynotes, networking breaks and lunch for Thursday only.

 

 

Conditions of Sale

Registrations received after August 16, 2024 will automatically be charged the on-site price. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 PERMITTED. All cancellations must be received by SAE prior to August 16, 2024. A $50 processing fee will be assessed for each canceled registration that results in a refund. Refunds for special event/meal tickets will not be processed after August 16, 2024. Refunds will not be issued if cancellation occurs on or after August 16, 2024.  All cancellations must be received in writing.

Code Of Conduct

All SAE Registrants are expected to uphold the highest standards for professional conduct while volunteering for an SAE Program. Registrants must treat all participants with courtesy, respect, and dignity. Registrants are responsible for modeling professional conduct and for cultivating a respectful and inclusive program.
To foster a just and safe community unprofessional behavior, including that which is intimidating, threatening, violent, inappropriate, illegal, or dishonest, will be addressed by promoting accountability and following up with any actions necessary. Unprofessional behavior may result in the removal of Registrants from the program indefinitely.
