Commercial Vehicle Chassis organizers are creating a special “invitation only“ activity for COMVEC 2025. Individuals are being asked to create a journal worthy manuscript, and if accepted they will be invited to present the results of their paper at COMVEC 2025 next September. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase subject matter expertise to global leaders from the on-highway, off-highway, and defense sectors.

Each submission should be a full-length manuscript (not an abstract) submitted through Editorial Manager® and will be subject to a minimum three peer reviewer process as a traditional Journal submission.

There is a nominal fee to present at COMVEC.

2025 COMVEC is seeking papers in the following four technical areas*:

• 2/26/25 – All Submissions to be received
• 4/01/25 – 1st decisions / sent to authors for revisions
• 5/01/25 – Author returns revisions / assigned to AE
• 6/01/25 – 2nd decision / sent to author for revision
• 6/17/25 – Author returns revision / assigned to AE
• 7/1/25 – All papers must be Accepted
• 7/12/25 – Last day to set Final Disposition
• 9/9/25 – Published on Mobilus
